TYPE OF THE RENTAL
Vehicles can be rented with unlimited mileage. Minimum rental is 24 hours. Maintenance is supplied by Star Rent. The rental fee does not include the VAT and the gasoline.

DRIVING LICENCE
Anyone, with minimum age of 21 and valid driving licence, can rent a car from Star Tours.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
For additional drivers all the necessary registration should be made at the beging of the contract otherwise the insureance will not be valid. The fee for each additional driver is $3 per day.

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
Star Rent delivers or collects the vehicles with no additional charge if informed in advance to airport, bus terminal, train stations, harbours, hotels or business centers wher there is a Star Rent location. If delivery/collecting point is different or is at a city where there is no Star Rent location then delivery and drop charges will be applied to the price.

EXCEEDING THE CAR RENTAL
For each extra hour the charge is 1/3 of the daily rate. If this exceeds 3 hours then this will be calculated as an extra day.

INSURANCE
All the vehicles are insured with the Traffic Insureance (for 3rd party liabilities) which has no cost. However CDW is additionallly available and cost $8 per day. The CDW is valid only with an alcohol and accident report from police. The CDW is not also valid under the influence of any narcotic drugs and alcohol or in any illegal act. The CDW does not cover any punctures to the tires, window or headlight breakages, theft or loss of any spare tyre and radio tape sets in the car.

FINES
Fines and administrative sanctions resulting from traffic rules violations are under the responsibility of the renter.

PAYMENT
The estimated cost of the is paid in advance at the begining of the rental. Final adjustments to the bill is made at the completeion of the rental.An open credit card slip or traveller check is taken as a deposit which will be then return to the renter at the end of the rental period.

DROP CHARGE
€ 0.35 per km + VAT for anywhere in Turkey
